The breakfast was excellent! The serving staff were wonderful each morning! My favorite part about staying here is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The welcoming smile and kind attitude of the receptionist, (Marissa ) welcomed me and my family the moment I entered the hotel with a warm smile and kind words that made us all the family feel happy and welcomed, she is amazing, the young receptionist Anas was kind too at the checkout time. the swimming pool, the beds are comfortable and sheets are clean

The room was very accommodating, many unexpected comfort features. Full length mirrors on the outside of the bathroom door and closet door were great. A lot of counter space. The room layout was superb and very clean. I always bring cleaning supplies and catch dirt and found nothing. I commend the hotel for having sturdy QUIET luggage carts for transporting items. I left the hotel very early and thought about packing up my car the evening before so guests wouldn't hear a rickety cart going down the hallway, what most other hotels offer. I checked out the cart the evening before and it was steath quiet and made no noise rolling it at 4 am.

The room was beautiful, staff was awesome and heated pool was the best hotel pool I’ve been in, no initial shock factor getting into the water and I was able to actually stay in the entire time with my kids without needing to get out because it was cold like every other hotel we’ve stayed at.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful- from check in to check out! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was busy but the room was quiet for sleeping.

I like the size of the room and the cleanliness. It was very comfortable and provided me with enough space to relax while I was there. The breakfast was good with enough variety.

Exceptional staff handling breakfast. Very sweet ladies. Facilities a bit older, but clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Great rooms, great friendly accomodating staff. Breakfast was fresh and had bacon 2/3 days. Clean. Lots of luggage racks available. Elevators were fast and working.2.
